About Snowy Yacht Charter, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Step aboard the Snowy Yacht and set out across the waters of Kota Kinabalu, where the islands of Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park surround you, and the South China Sea stretches out in every direction. Available as a 5-hour private charter a shared sunset cruise, the experience is shaped around time spent at sea, with the freedom to relax, gather, or take part in light activities along the way.

Onboard, enjoy the facilities, including the inflatable sea pool, transparent kayak, and snorkelling equipment, or remain on deck with music playing in the background. The atmosphere shifts naturally as the afternoon progresses, with the light softening toward sunset and the horizon opening in every direction, before the yacht returns toward Kota Kinabalu to close the experience.

Meet your guide, captain, and crew at the Shangri La Tanjung Aru Resort (STAR) Marina Jetty. Receive a short briefing and instructions before boarding the yacht for your sea adventure.

Cruising Along the City’s Coastline

Set sail towards the Floating Club House at Gaya Island, located within Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park. Upon arrival, enjoy a range of water activities including snorkelling, transparent kayaking, floating toys, and water slide. Optional water sports are available upon request. After the activities, continue cruising around the surrounding tropical islands and clear waters.

Fishing, Sunset & Dinner Onboard

Stop at a scenic fishing point for a casual fishing session guided by the crew. As the sun begins to set, relax onboard with music and enjoy a freshly prepared dinner while taking in panoramic sunset views over the South China Sea.

Return to STAR Marina Jetty

Cruise back towards the marina as the sky transitions into twilight. Unwind with music and light refreshments while enjoying the evening sea breeze.

Guests are required to bring photo identification (MyKad or Passport) for registration purposes.
You must arrive at Sutera Marina Jetty at least 30 minutes before boarding time.

Guests under 18 years old are not served alcohol. Guests participating in water activities will only be served upon the conclusion of these activities.
Alcohol is served responsibly on board. Anyone visibly intoxicated before departure will be refused entry. During the cruise, visibly intoxicated individuals will not be served further alcohol.
Guests with special dietary requirements should inform the tour operator in advance. While efforts will be made to accommodate common intolerances or allergies, not all requests can be guaranteed.
For safety and enjoyment, guests participating in water activities should follow the instructions of the guides or crew to prevent accidents or injuries.
Illicit drugs are strictly forbidden on board. If the Captain suspects the presence of such substances, law enforcement agencies will be notified immediately, and the vessel will return to port.
Firearms and other weapons are not allowed on board.
Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed sections and the cockpit of the vessel for health and safety reasons.
To ensure passenger safety, shoes are not permitted on board at any time.
In the event of illness during the cruise, passengers should inform the captain or crew immediately.
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by accompanying adults at all times during the cruise.
